A leading investment bank in Oman is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month rolling contract. The role involves designing operational workflows for various products and engaging with stakeholders across front-to-back operations. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in markets operations and a strong understanding of OTC product lifecycles. This position offers a competitive day rate, with responsibilities including gathering requirements and leading UAT.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Markets Operations/Change/Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of OTC and listed product lifecycles.
• Proven ability to write clear BRDs/FSDs and manage UAT.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational workflows for new market products.
• Gather requirements and produce BRDs/FSDs and process maps.
• Lead UAT and coordinate implementation.
