Job summary

A global luxury brand is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst in Oman, Dschanub asch-Scharqiyya, to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for core finance and operations processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years' experience with Microsoft D365, especially in Finance and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include translating business needs into requirements, coordinating testing, and providing post-go-live support. This position is part of a comprehensive transformation program across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in Microsoft D365 (Finance – Supply Chain module preferred).
• Familiarity with other Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., CRM, HR, Supply Chain Management) is a plus.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for finance/Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for core Finance and Operations processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct testing and validation of functionality prior to go-live.
