The Highfield Company is seeking a Drilling Site Supervisor for a role in Muscat, Oman, on a 28/28 rotation. The role involves managing contractor activities and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations on drilling sites. Candidates must have a degree in engineering, at least 8 years of experience in drilling operations, and a Well Control Certificate. Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience in drilling and work over operations.
• Minimum 5 years as DSV in Horizontal drilling.
• Good written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full implementation of annual HSE plan.
• Manage activities of contractors at the drilling site.
• Review and discuss drilling/work over plan with engineers.
