The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in drilling operations, including time in leadership roles, and must possess a valid Well Control Certificate.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of working experience in drilling and workover operations.
• Minimum two years in a tool pusher position.
• Intermediate level in English language (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control drilling operations during the night shift.
• Ensure safety and efficiency on the drill floor.
• Respond to client requests and maintain effective working relationships.
