Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks an Affiliates Management Advisor to oversee joint ventures within the Eastern Region Fuels Department. The role focuses on profitability improvement, cost optimization, and value realization across downstream JV portfolios.

You will lead negotiations, drive governance, and mentor junior professionals while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic value and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance; Master’s in Business/Finance/Management.
• 10+ years in Downstream Oil & Gas with 5+ years in commercial strategy, JV management, M&A or new business development.
• Strong portfolio management with extensive valuation, due diligence, negotiations and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned Joint Ventures aligning with Aramco’s investment strategy and financial objectives.
• Represent Aramco in JV Board, Shareholder, and Steering Committee forums.
• Ensure JV strategy and performance align with business plans and shareholder interests.
• Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for transactions and JV evaluations.
• Oversee JV financial performance, capital expenditures, and budget alignment.
• Draft and negotiate commercial terms of Shareholder, Offtake, Feedstock, and Services Agreements.
