Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks a senior D&IT affiliates advisor to extend digital and IT support to its out-of- Kingdom affiliates. You will identify opportunities to create synergies across affiliate D&IT initiatives and enhance capabilities.

Lead capability assessments, collaborate with senior leaders, and design shared services while driving Saudi Aramco’s digital transformation agenda across regions. This is a full-time, on-site role within Saudi Arabia, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and Master’s degree in Digital & Information Technology, or Engineering related fields, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of experience in Digital/IT domain and strategic advisory role.
• Experience in shared services implementation; consulting background preferred.
• Deep technical expertise in Data & AI, Telecom, Computing, or ERP.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate teams and achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior leaders, technical experts, and external partners.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted D&IT advisor to Saudi Aramco affiliates and support the development and enhancement of D&IT capabilities.
• Lead capability assessment to evaluate gaps in current D&IT capabilities across affiliates.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Saudi Aramco’s enterprise in D&IT and extend them as scalable business solutions for affiliates.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align D&IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Support and design the implementation of shared services and regional digital solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners and technology providers to enable innovation and best practice adoption.
• Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to high-performing teams and driving measurable impact on the digital transformation agenda.
• Shape Saudi Aramco’s digital future to support growth, innovation, and long-term value creation across affiliates.
