Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Chemicals & Retail Legal Practice of the Downstream Law Department. You will provide expert legal advice on commercial agreements for supply and offtake of Aramco's products, including long-term crude and product sales, importation, and processing agreements.

The role emphasizes corporate governance, contract negotiation, and close collaboration with internal Downstream clients, business units, and affiliates to protect value and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law degree as minimum; Master/Juris preferred.
• Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the citizen's country.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in a sophisticated law firm or corporation.
• Experience in commercial contracts and downstream chemicals/retail sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership and mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as corporate secretary, organize board meetings and governance matters.
• Advise on shareholder issues and interfaces between entity, parent, and affiliates.
• Support internal Downstream clients with contracting and purchasing functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including complex supply and offtake agreements.
• Provide training and policy guidance to personnel.
