Job summary

Tulip Consulting Services in Oman seeks a senior civil engineering professional to lead complex marine infrastructure programs. You will manage divisional budgets, P&L, and cash flow while guiding multi-disciplinary teams through planning, procurement, execution and handover.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 20 years of marine project experience, including at least two breakwater projects. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 20 years of experience in marine infrastructure projects.
• Experience handling at least 2 breakwater projects.
