Job summary

Ocean Master Marine Services is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex marine-related projects in Muscat. You will define scope, develop plans, monitor progress, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment with client expectations and budgets.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules and cost controls, tracking KPIs, managing risks, and coordinating multiple contractors. A strong background in engineering or related field and 5+ years of PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field as required.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in project scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, reporting, risk management, and coordination of multiple contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope objectives, deliverables, budgets and execution requirements in coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear coordination and accountability.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, risks, variations and KPIs against baselines with regular reporting.
