Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional VIP Waiter to deliver exceptional dining service in an exclusive and high-profile environment. This role may involve serving VIP clients in private residences, executive settings such as Managing Director (MD) or General Manager (GM) accommodations, or potentially within royal palace environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, with impeccable service standards, attention to detail, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-end food and beverage service to VIP clients with exceptional professionalism
• Set up and maintain formal dining areas according to fine dining standards
• Serve meals and beverages following proper etiquette and service sequences
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas at all times
• Attend to guest needs promptly and anticipate service requirements
• Coordinate with kitchen and household staff for seamless service delivery
• Handle special requests and dietary preferences efficiently
• Maintain inventory of dining supplies, crockery, cutlery, and beverages
• Assist in organizing private events, meetings, and special occasions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter in VIP service, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private households
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and fine dining etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and well-groomed personality
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to service
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required
• Basic English communication is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
