KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Islamic Direct Sales Unit to achieve assigned salestargets for retail Islamic banking products, particularly deposits.
• Proactively identify and approach prospective customersthrough field visits, referrals, and campaigns.

• Supervise, support, and mentor the Direct SalesRepresentatives to enhance individual and team performance.
• Conduct daily team briefings, performance reviews, andon-the-job training to build skills and motivation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by ensuring a high level of service.
• Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution ofissues in line with service standards.

Sales Operations and Compliance

• Ensure all customer applications and sales activities are carried out in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of submitteddocumentation and coordinate with relevant departments for processing.

Market Development and Promotion

• Represent the bank at external events and locations topromote Islamic banking products.
• Identify key sales locations and build partnerships with organizations to support sales efforts.

Reporting and Coordination

• Prepare and submit sales performance reports, client visitupdates, and tracking dashboards to the Head of Islamic Direct Sales.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Product, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor the quality of customer engagements conducted by theteam and ensure adherence to service expectations.
• Implement corrective actions when service gaps or compliancerisks are identified.
