Job summary

CodeNinja is hiring a Delivery Manager to own business systems and applications changes for a leading Saudi banking client, managing demand and enhancement delivery across Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, Cybersecurity, and other business units.

The role requires 7+ years in application delivery, a PMP or equivalent, and strong SDLC governance, with hands-on Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application delivery/demand management within banking or large enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Strong SDLC, banking applications, and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake through implementation and production release
• Coordinate BRD/SRD readiness and SDLC governance
• Apply Agile delivery knowledge and experience across the change lifecycle
• Work closely with Transformation Office, Business Owners, and BT delivery teams
• Ensure prioritization, quality, and timely execution of application changes
• Provide portfolio visibility and delivery reporting
