Responsibilities

Manage and govern end-to-end delivery of technical changes
Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents
Manage change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls
Ensure SLA adherence and production stability
Coordinate with Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations teams
