Job summary

CodeNinja is hiring a Project Manager to lead strategic IT infrastructure transformation initiatives for a leading Saudi banking client. This role covers data center modernization, cloud readiness, network transformation, workplace modernization, platform upgrades, server/storage refresh, and resilience improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple teams, managing vendor migrations, ensuring business continuity, and tracking budgets and milestones to deliver enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management or enterprise transformation delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization programs across data center, cloud, network, and workplace domains.
• Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, security, network, and operations teams.
• Manage vendor implementation and enterprise migration plans.
• Ensure zero/minimal business disruption during transformation activities.
• Track budget, risks, resource capacity, and milestones.

• Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization programs across data center, cloud, network, and workplace domains
• Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, security, network, and operations teams
• Manage vendor implementation and enterprise migration plans
• Ensure zero/minimal business disruption during transformation activities
• Track budget, risks, resource capacity, and milestones

Requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure project management or enterprise transformation delivery
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains (data center, cloud, network, platforms) and enterprise delivery practices

Must Haves

• PMP certification
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure modernization or transformation programs
• Hands‑on vendor and enterprise migration management experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or other regulated enterprise environments
• Exposure to cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models
• Prior experience in Saudi/GCC infrastructure programs
