Job summary
CodeNinja is hiring a Delivery Manager to own business systems and applications changes for a leading Saudi banking client, managing demand and enhancement delivery across Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, Cybersecurity, and other business units.
The role requires 7+ years in application delivery, a PMP or equivalent, and strong SDLC governance, with hands-on Agile delivery experience.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in application delivery/demand management within banking or large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Strong SDLC, banking applications, and stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage demand intake through implementation and production release
- Coordinate BRD/SRD readiness and SDLC governance
- Apply Agile delivery knowledge and experience across the change lifecycle
- Work closely with Transformation Office, Business Owners, and BT delivery teams
- Ensure prioritization, quality, and timely execution of application changes
- Provide portfolio visibility and delivery reporting

- Manage demand intake through implementation and production release
- Coordinate BRD/SRD readiness and SDLC governance
- Apply Agile delivery knowledge and experience across the change lifecycle

- Provide portfolio visibility and delivery reporting
- 7+ years of relevant experience in application delivery/demand management within banking or large enterprise environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field
- Strong SDLC, banking applications, and stakeholder management experience
- PMP certification
- Proven experience managing application demand/enhancement delivery across multiple business units
- Hands-on Agile delivery experience
- Experience with BRD/SRD documentation and governance in a banking context
- Exposure to portfolio-level delivery reporting tools
- Prior experience in Saudi/GCC banking application environments
- Work on high-visibility, bank-wide resilience programs with direct regulatory impact
