Job summary

Tawteen is seeking a data-focused professional to oversee data from breeder flocks, hatcheries, feed mills, labs and farms. The role emphasizes data accuracy, integrity, and centralized reporting across daily, weekly and monthly cycles.

You will design data pipelines, analyze KPIs, and support breeding programs with statistical analysis and visualization, enabling informed management decisions and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain data from breeder flocks, hatcheries, feed mills, labs and production farms.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Analyze KPIs and evaluate flock performance against breed standards and targets.
• Support genetic and breeding programs through statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure data integration and system functionality.

Job description

• 1- Gather and maintain data from various sources including breeder flocks Costomer hatcheries feed mills Lab and production farms
• 2-Ensure data accuracy consistency and completeness in databases or farm management systems
• 3-Design and maintain data pipelines for daily Daily reports weekly and monthly reporting
• 4-Analyze key performance indicators KPIs
• 5- Evaluate flock performance against breed standards and targets
• 6-Support genetic and breeding programs through statistical analysis and data visualization
• 7-Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance productivity and profitability
• 8-Assist in forecasting production Budget for the coming year to meet the Company revenue
• 9-Validate and clean data received from farms
• 10-Assist in the implementation of digital tools and farm management software
• 11-Train farm staff on data entry accuracy and digital record-keeping
• 12-Work closely with farm managers veterinarians nutritionists and Management
• 13- Develop and customize a centralized reporting system that consolidates data from all farms into one software platform
• 14-Ensure all farm performance reports are standardized and accessible for management review
• 15-Design automated data dashboards and reporting templates to meet operational and management requirements
• 16-Maintain flexibility in the system to generate customized reports for any specific or urgent requirements from management or auditors
• 17-Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless data integration and system functionality
