Job summary

Experience is seeking a Maintenance Manager to develop and manage maintenance processes and installation activities across RO systems, electrical power, vehicles and farm infrastructure to optimise production efficiency.

You will lead the maintenance department, coordinate with department heads and contractors, manage budgets, ensure ISO-standard compliance and ensure timely spare parts, safety, and audits.

Qualifications

• Develop maintenance plan for electrical energy and uninterrupted water supply.
• Lead maintenance department for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with consultant and contractors on technical matters.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and materials.
• Adhere to ISO standards and safety regulations.

Job description

To develop & manage maintenance processes and installations to optimise production efficiency. Projects management exicution of tasks to ensure optimum performance of electrical power (RO) systems, vehicles, etc. in coordination with department heads, divisions, farms

Responsibilities: Include but not limited to the following

To develop maintenance plan of electrical energy and in untrupted water supply

To develop maintenance plan & stratigy for vehicles maintenence, accommodations, company's utility etc.

Develop & lead maintenance department action plan for trouble shooting and preventive maintenance

Ensure emough raw materials availability, items and spare parts at ware house

Ensure & Schedule maintenance processes according to standards manual

Lead & control emergency Plans breakdowns management

Manage & suppervise preventive and corrective maintenance

Strategic planning and budget prepration

Ensure the efficiency & maintnence of electrical energy generators, reverse Osmosis (RO), vehicle and other related equipment's

Follow up all relevent records as per ISO standards

Ensure in time farm prepration before new flock arrival

Ensure the cost saving fector and optimal use of electricity, fuel & water etc.

To follow up with procurement department to ensure timely receiving of spares or equiments

To coordinate, technically evaluate, discuss and determine all technical and engineering matters with the consultant & contractors

Balancing technical expertise with the business value of contracts and spare parts

Submit the necessary reports related to the aforementioned topics.

Rotate to provide services according to company working shift & needs

Adherence to bio securty, rules of farms and site, health and safety regulations as per regulations

To handle and undertake Internal and external audits
