Job summary

GBM Oman is seeking a Cyber Security Sales Consultant to lead technical sales of cyber security solutions and collaborate with client CISOs to shape end-to-end security architectures. You will work with GBM account managers to grow the pipeline, deliver forecasts, and guide proposal strategy across security domains.

The role demands strong certifications (CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP) and extensive cloud/security tooling knowledge, with a focus on enterprise customers and SOC services in Oman.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in selling Cyber Security solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in Cyber security architecture.
• Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP).
• CISSP certification holder required (or active).
• SANS/GIAC certifications such as GDSA welcomed.
• CCIE Security or advanced vendor certifications (NSE8/PCNSE/CCSE) preferred.
• Cloud security certifications (CCSK/CCSP/AWS/Azure) advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of NGIPS/NGFW/WAF and related security tools.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, NIST and COBIT standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales of GBM's cyber security solutions in Oman.
• Engage with CISOs and security teams to build the security architecture.
• Develop and grow cyber security pipeline with account managers.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reviews and reporting.
• Define high-level target network security architecture for risk mitigation and performance.
• Govern security architecture from end devices to transport network touchpoints.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and drive SOC sales initiatives.
• Identify new cyber security technology initiatives and conduct proof of concept.
• Maintain competitor awareness and support customer-centric proposals.
• Contribute to GBM's cyber security practice strategy.
