What You Will Do

• Coordinate and support all activities executed in Saudi.
• Coordinate team meeting cadence schedule and meetings.
• Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations.
• Co‑ordinate with the team to ensure assigned tasks for events/translations are as per timelines.
• Attend to onsite event support, when required.
• Organise and maintain office operations, systems, procedures, and assets.
• Partner with HR to maintain policies; and coordinate with IT on all IT (software & hardware) matters.
• Manages relationships with vendors and landlord, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills responsibilities.
