Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; basic retail literacy recommended.

Responsibilities

• Shop keeping and store standards with focus on visuals and presentation.
• Maximize and contribute to sales through exceptional customer service.
• Ensure stock is displayed as per standard layout norms and properly tagged.
• Rotate stock on shelves, assist in stock counts, and record stock movements.
• Monitor stock administration (counts, inter-branch transfers, dispatches) on the system.
• Maintain store security vigilance and housekeeping standards.
• Provide accurate product information and help build the customer database.
• Explain returns policy and support merchandising and product placement.
• Dress mannequins and manage in-store visuals; keep back-stock area organized.
• Operate as cashier when needed and manage money accurately.
