Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of SkillUp MENA in Oman, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of programs and services.
• Implement the company’s regional strategy and adapt it to the local market context.
• Build and manage relationships with government bodies, educational institutions, training partners, and clients.
• Lead, mentor, and support a local team to ensure high performance, motivation, and alignment with company values.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and program development.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, HR, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings as the face of SkillUp MENA in Oman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or country management role.
