Job summary

AS Edutech Hr Consultant is seeking a contour cutting machine operator to join our production team in Oman. You will load/unload the contour cutting equipment, monitor the process, and verify final products against specifications.

The role requires reading technical drawings, preparing cycles, and adjusting settings in collaboration with the Technical Office. You will perform routine and extraordinary maintenance and ensure quality data is recorded.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with contour cutting machines preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Capable of maintenance and setup.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload and operate the contour cutting machine.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Prepare machine cycles and adjust parameters.
• Perform routine and extraordinary maintenance.
• Use measuring instruments for quality control.
• Manage data and monitor production volume, time and quality.
• Optimize EPS block cutting and minimize scrap.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

He deals with loading / unloading and the operation of the machine, he monitors the process and verify the final product.

He reads and interprets the technical drawings of the product to be made, identifies the relative working cycle, equips the machine to obtain the expected result (in relation with the Technical Office)

He must take care of cut optimization of EPS blocks, limiting as much as possible the accumulation of scrapes.

He intervenes to handle processing and make appropriate adjustments according to the procedures learned during training.

He carries out routine and extraordinary maintenance.

He is able to use the computer to manage the necessary information for the implementation of his own activity (changing the processing parameters and reading the processing data).

He is able to use the measuring instruments for the planned quality control procedures.

He monitors the objectives of his own work in terms of volume, time and quality

Preferred candidate profile

Technical diploma or equivalent qualifications in CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE SKILLED OPERATOR WITH GOOD EXPIRIENCE
