Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a manufacturing/production professional in Muscat to operate extrusion equipment, ensuring cables meet specifications and quality standards. You will plan and execute set-ups per instructions, maintain safety protocols, and log data in the MES system, while coordinating with the supervisor for any issues.

The role requires a Secondary School or Vocational training background and 3–5 years of experience in operating extrusion machinery.

Responsibilities

• Produce cables with the correct specification by following quality compliance. Plan (QCP) at rated speeds.
• Perform setup jobs efficiently by following operating instructions and procedures.

• Check the mandate to ensure cable orders meet specifications on the machine.
• Update and insert data into MES system.
• Communicate with the supervisor for any issues.
