Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is partnering with a renewable energy developer to appoint a Construction Procurement & Logistics Manager / Director in Oman. You will lead procurement, supply chain and logistics for the construction phase across GCC/Africa portfolios, from contract award through to on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field required or preferred.
• 8+ years in construction procurement and supply chain, including supervising logistics on large energy/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP; CIPS/CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute construction procurement plans and packaging strategies for EPC, OEM, BOP and long-lead equipment.
• Plan and track the end-to-end supply chain for critical equipment including turbines, modules, inverters, BESS, transformers, cables and structures.
• Establish construction procurement procedures and ERP systems with full compliance and audit traceability.
• Lead and develop a team of buyers, expediters and logistics coordinators, supporting Omanisation and local talent targets.

The business has a multi-country portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar and BESS projects across the GCC and Africa, with several moving into construction.

Reporting to the Head of Renewable Construction Program, you will lead procurement, supply chain and logistics for the construction phase of the portfolio, from contract award through to delivery on site.
