Job summary

JobCenter in Nizwa is seeking a Concierge Assistant to deliver outstanding guest service at our luxury hotel. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, share information on facilities and local attractions, and arrange transportation.

No prior work experience is required; Pakistani nationality is preferred but all nationalities are welcome. Fluent English is essential, with strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The role of Concierge Assistant is to provide outstanding customer service and assistance to guests at our luxury hotel in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani national who is fluent in English and has no prior work experience. However we welcome applications from individuals of all nationalities who are enthusiastic, hard-working and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area
• Arrange transportation for guests such as taxis or rental cars
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or local attractions
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling when necessary
• Keep track of guest bookings and ensure all reservations are accurate
• Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Pakistani nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• No previous work experience required training will be provided
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
