Job summary

JobCenter in Nizwa is seeking a Concierge Assistant to deliver outstanding guest service at our luxury hotel. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, share information on facilities and local attractions, and arrange transportation.

No prior work experience is required; Pakistani nationality is preferred but all nationalities are welcome. Fluent English is essential, with strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Arrange transportation for guests (taxi, rental car)
• Make restaurant or local attraction reservations for guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Maintain a neat, organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling as needed
• Keep track of guest bookings and ensure reservation accuracy
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
