Job summary

Oman Aluminium Company (OARC) invites applications for a Cold Mill Supervisor in Muscat. You will ensure SAP is used according to operational requirements and work to minimize deviations while coordinating smooth delivery across shifts.

You will oversee online training for subordinates on trading and other tasks, and enforce 5S housekeeping standards throughout the department. A manufacturing background and strong process discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• SAP system experience
• Ability to train and mentor staff
• Strong operational understanding
• Quality and safety awareness
• Shift coordination and supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the SAP system is used in accordance with operational requirements.
• To ensure that deviations are minimized, any deviations should be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Ensuring smooth delivery across shifts, and facilitating communication.
• Online training for subordinates on trading and other tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with (5S) housekeeping standards in his work area and across the department.
