Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned clients after lead allocation and coordinate with internal experts.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable services.
• Schedule and attend client meetings with subject matter experts.
• Ensure clear communication between clients and internal departments (Banking PRO, Accounting, Tax, Operations).
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services.
• Support in finalizing scope, pricing, and service structure before quotations.
