Job summary

Lockton is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Oman to manage a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients and deliver superb service. The role requires a medical background or qualification with insurance experience and a client-focused approach.

You will coordinate renewals, support claims queries, and work closely with insurers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A medical background or relevant medical qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience within the insurance industry, ideally within Employee Benefits, medical or group benefits.
• A good understanding of medical claims management and insurer processes.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing insurance accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• The confidence to explain insurance and benefits information clearly to clients.
• A collaborative, client-focused approach and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities
