Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Oman is seeking a detail-oriented office professional to support Sales & Marketing with daily admin tasks, prepare proposals and contracts, and assemble promotional materials to promote the brand.

You will answer guest questions by phone or email, manage information in the sales system, and act as the main point of contact for clients while upholding Marriott standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, emailing, typing, faxing, copying).
• Prepare sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software (commissions, leads, third parties).
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (hours, rates, room types, packages).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email.
