Job summary

SLB seeks a Fluids Customer Engagement Coordinator to act as the primary customer contact for Product Line operations and drive contract revenue and service quality. You will maintain relationships, capture customer insights, and coordinate with the service delivery team to meet performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geoscience.
• Strong technical competency in Drilling Fluids and Cementing Services.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer point-of-contact for Product Line operations and ensure service delivery complies with contracts.
• Capture/update customer activity for service delivery visibility in business systems.
• Capture and communicate internally significant customer intelligence.
• Identify and capture PL and cross-PL sales leads beyond existing contracts.
• Compile and review cost estimates for consolidation with technical proposals.
• Assess job risks during analysis of customer requirements.
• Participate in brief/debrief sessions with PSD team to align customer objectives.
• Communicate recommendations to mitigate unplanned events.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Coordinate and conduct regular service quality meetings with the customer.
• Evaluate customer feedback via satisfaction reports and performance reviews.
• Review the quality and completeness of field tickets.
• Proactively identify and resolve invoice disputes related to product/service delivery.
