Service Delivery Coordinator

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our core values, non‑negotiables and cultural pillars
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in job cycle management across organizational boundaries
• Reviewing job planning, equipment preparation and people readiness
• Working with I&S Project Managers and/or other PL’s SDC on X‑PL critical tasks within a job
• Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery
• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
• Coordinating with field crews to manage any requirements/mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location
• Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
• Assisting other Service Delivery Coordinators with peer reviews
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, regulations and ISO and API requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant subject
• Have more than 10 years of experience in oil field services
• Have previous technical experience in coil tubing field
• Demonstrate prior business ownership (HSE, financial, service delivery)
• Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
• Be a motivated self‑starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
• Have experience in the Middle East
