We are looking for a Civil Engineer - Marketing & Business Development skills for Oil - Industrial Company in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, real estate, and civil engineering sectors.
• Generate new leads through market research, networking, client visits, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable civil engineering solutions, products, or services.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project discussions.
• Coordinate with the engineering, estimation, project, procurement, and technical teams to prepare suitable proposals.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and potential business opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, and payments.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other industry events to generate business leads.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales and business development targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling with existing clients.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, enquiries, sales pipeline, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
• Support the company in expanding into new markets and acquiring new clients.
• Coordinate with project and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Additional qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an advantage.

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in Civil Engineering Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Construction, Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales and construction/infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Salary

SAR 3000 to 5000 including food + AT provided by company
