Job summary

Specialized Import and Trading LLC in Muscat leads the Real Estate business within the Asset Management Department, guiding acquisition, disposal and ongoing management of real estate assets and the creation and launch of new funds and products in this asset class.

The role requires steering cross-functional teams, monitoring fund performance, and developing strategies to enhance investor value while coordinating with regulators and internal governance processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership in real estate asset management.
• Experience in overseeing acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of real estate transactions and ongoing asset management.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver objectives across the business.
• Monitor fund performance and implement value-adding strategies.
• Assess capital structures and develop investor value optimization.
• Drive business development, new deals, and set up new funds/portfolios.
• Act as primary contact for clients and investors; maintain senior relationships.
• Engage with regulators to ensure compliance with applicable rules.
• Prepare budgets and report progress to supervisors.
