Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Minimum 8 years in asset management, private equity, private credit, infrastructure or related fields.
• Experience in deal sourcing, underwriting, structuring, execution or portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop private-market opportunities through sponsor and asset-manager networks.
• Underwrite with financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
• Support structuring of private-market funds and co-investments.
• Prepare investment papers and governance-ready documentation.
• Monitor portfolio companies and asset managers for performance and risk.
