Job summary

gu-recruitment is seeking a Chef De Partie to oversee kitchen operations, scheduling, and documentation. The CDP will support or substitute for the DCDP and Line Cook as required, taking day-to-day management and production responsibility under the Head Chef and Operations Manager.

Requirements include a Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field, 2–5 years GCC experience, HACCP knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years GCC experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
• HACCP and food safety regulations knowledge.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and scheduling and ensure all records are properly filled.
• Fill in for or assist the DCDP, Line Cook as needed and manage day-to-day production.
• Maintain complete control of kitchen operations under Head Chef guidance with Operations Manager coordination.
