Job summary

Abraj Energy Services is looking for a Cementing Supervisor in Muscat, Oman. Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a cementing supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 years of experience as a cementing supervisor with a Diploma degree.
• 8 years of experience as a cementing supervisor with a General diploma certificate.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all stages of operations.
• Oversee and inspect personnel, equipment, rig-up processes, job preparation, and chemical mixing to ensure full compliance with company and client requirements.
• Supervise equipment positioning, rig-up, and connection of treating lines, hoses, and wellhead systems in accordance with company safety standards.
• Lead the preparation, mixing, and pumping of chemicals following established procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of all operations, including job setup, execution, mobilization, and demobilization of equipment.
• Coordinate equipment cleanup, maintenance, and preparation to ensure readiness for subsequent jobs.
• Monitor and perform preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment remains in safe, reliable, and compliant working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of all equipment and work areas.
• Manage inventory of chemicals and spare parts, ensuring availability and proper control.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and train cement crew personnel to enhance performance and competency.
• Review job programs with management and customer representatives to ensure alignment with operational capabilities and expectations.
• Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to meet operational schedules.
• Complete and maintain all required documentation (logs, reports, checklists, and scorecards) in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all company rules, HSE standards, and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement through personal development and competency enhancement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree with (4) years of experience as cementing supervisor, diploma degree with (6) years of experience as cementing supervisor, general diploma certificate with (8) years of experience as cementing supervisor.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a must.
