Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a CCTV Room Operator to support the day-to-day operation of security surveillance systems in our Oman property. You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, report risks, and assist emergency response to protect guests and staff.

Work in partnership with security teams to maintain records, ensure system functionality, and follow company policies. The role requires vigilance, confidentiality, and the ability to act quickly during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to identify risks.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and report incidents.
• Record incidents and actions in the occurrence log.
• Review footage for investigations and provide evidence.
• Coordinate with security teams and emergency services during incidents.
• Maintain equipment functionality and confidentiality of footage.
• Assist during emergencies with real-time surveillance information.
