Job summary

Real Estate Souq in Oman seeks a senior Perfume & Fragrance Product Developer to build men’s, women’s and unisex portfolios across Arabic Oriental and Western profiles. You will work with fragrance houses and manufacturers on development and evaluation, understand fragrance families, notes, accords and concentrations, and drive exclusive/private-label projects.

The role requires formal perfumery education or 6+ years in perfume/fragrance, strong Arabic perfumery knowledge, GCC market experience,

Qualifications

Formal perfumery education or 6+ years in perfume/fragrance is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of fragrance families, notes, accords and concentrations.
Knowledge of Arabic/Oriental perfumery is essential.
GCC fragrance-market experience strongly preferred.
Experience with fragrance houses/manufacturers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop fragrance portfolios for men, women and unisex products across Arabic Oriental and Western profiles.
Collaborate with fragrance houses and manufacturers on development and evaluation.
Own private-label fragrance development and exclusive projects.
Coordinate packaging, presentation, and category strategy for fragrance lines.
Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage lead times and stock planning.
Forecast, stock cover, sell-through and ageing with planners and operations teams.
