Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Senior Sales Supervisor for Salalah, Oman to drive growth in poultry product sales and distribution within the designated area. You will ensure adherence to company policies and uphold the highest standards of sales ethics while leading a field team.

The role requires 2nd level education and at least 3 years of supervisory sales experience in van sales, preferably in FMCG, with strong numeracy, analytical, and interpersonal skills to negotiate and lead a team effectively.
