Role Overview:

As Business Analysis Consultant, you are responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and drive organizational success. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. You will also be managing junior analysts and ensuring best practices in business analysis are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and requirements
• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance business performance
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT teams
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases
• Conduct gap analysis to compare current vs. desired business processes
• Propose process reengineering solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement best practices in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including executives, project managers, and IT teams
• Support change management initiatives by identifying potential impacts and developing mitigation strategies
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Analyze data trends and business metrics to support strategic decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or BI platforms

• Experience in business analysis within the RPA domain or prior experience working on RPA projects/roles is required.
