You will install, operate, and maintain AV systems for conferences, events, and entertainment, ensuring flawless performance while aligning with Rosewood's luxury standards.

Reporting within the Engineering function, you will support colleagues across departments to ensure seamless technological and event experiences for guests and associates.

YOUR ROLE

As an Engineering Associate – AV Technician, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding audio-visual experiences across the resort. From conferences and events to entertainment activities, you will ensure AV systems operate flawlessly, supporting guest engagement while maintaining Rosewood's luxury service standards. You will collaborate closely with event teams, engineering colleagues, and other operational departments to provide reliable technical support and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Install, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, LED screens, microphones, and related systems.
• Support conferences, events, and entertainment activities by delivering high-quality AV services and technical assistance.
• Coordinate with event teams to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences during live functions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain AV equipment in optimal working condition.
• Follow safe rigging, cabling, electrical, and operational practices, responding efficiently to technical issues during live events.
• Provide flexible support across the Engineering team and assist with departmental operations as business needs require.
