Job description

Responsibilities

• Supporting Company Personnel including artificial lift engineers and production technologists.
• Setting design data and proposals as well as aligning with application engineering lead and relevant Company Personnel on final design.
• Optimizing operations within recommended Operating Envelope.
• Monitoring ESP activities planning.
• Planning, following up, coordinating, managing and monitoring the performance provision of ESP Work, ESP Systems and ESP Equipment.
• Ensuring that programs are in place before job execution, reviewing and evaluating post‑jobs, reviewing and analysing downhole data and monitoring reports to timely define potential implications/issues, then setting solutions and corrective mitigation actions.
• Providing technical support and ensuring the successful design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering science or equivalent engineering technology qualification, preferably petroleum, electrical or mechanical engineering, as well as ESP equipment and ESP work relevant training.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ESP equipment application engineering, as well as ESP designing, DIFA and analyses, well interventions, workover and well reservoir management.
