Role Summary

Working unsupervised, installing the ESP, monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.

Essential Responsibilities

• Under general supervision performs installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells.
• May be required to work unsupervised.
• Assists with monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
• The position involves frequent travel on domestic assignments and time away from home, often at short notice. Handles special projects as assigned.
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements (Experience / Skills / Competencies)

• Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Submersible Pump Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting are mandatory
• Field of experience: Artificial Lift Systems - Electrical Submersible Pump Installation and Pull-out activities.
• Technical Skills: Having in depth knowledge on downhole Electrical Submersible Pump systems.
• Have experience with ESP down hole installation and pullout, as well as trouble shooting surface equipment.
• Have analytical skills to route ESP problems during troubleshooting
• Soft Skills: Customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): MS Office
• Education Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Oil and Gas - Artificial Lift System Electrical Submersible Pump Required
• Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including Driving License: LMV Defensive Driving Experience
