Job summary

Emploive is seeking a Technical Services Engineer - Records & E-Services to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of aircraft technical records and publications. The role supports continuing airworthiness by maintaining complete records and controlling documentation across revisions.

You will act as the OASES system owner, manage SharePoint portals, and collaborate with IT and vendors to keep information current and accessible to engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical/aero/electrical fields or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance operations experience.
• Strong experience with aircraft inspection, repair, and modification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date aircraft technical records throughout the lifecycle in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and provide complete technical records packages for deliveries, redeliveries, audits, and inspections.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planning, Line Maintenance, MRO, Quality, and CAMO to resolve record discrepancies.
