You will define reference architectures, ensure security and governance, and deliver production-ready code across .NET, SQL Server/Oracle, and modern front-end stacks.

The role emphasizes standing up an AI-assisted delivery pipeline, mentoring citizen developers, and producing repeatable delivery methods for enterprise deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on .NET delivery with enterprise apps.
• Experience in design and delivery of AI-assisted development is a plus.
• Strong architecture, security and governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver production-grade applications to standards.
• Define reference architecture and tech stack for AI-assisted development.
• Establish documentation, cyber security, data hosting standards.
• Implement code-review, testing and release model for enterprise deployment.
• Define end-to-end path from idea to deployment and controls for shadow IT.
• Mentor citizen developers and hand over to client product owners.
