Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Aftermarket Service Manager to oversee existing contracts and create new regional opportunities. The role focuses on growth, customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and data-led processes, in close partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Aftermarket Services and Customer support.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Excellent communication - verbal and written, including the ability to hold C-level conversations.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of regional customers - culture and dynamics.
• Ability to influence leadership and drive ideas.
• Strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and resolve issues with tailored alternatives.
• Serve as ambassador, educating customers on solution capabilities.
• Create an optimized, data-led customer journey and align internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Conduct regular customer business reviews to ensure value extraction and retention.
• Monitor risk and proactively mitigate dissatisfaction or lost business.
• Relay voice of the customer to Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech Support, Operations, Finance and Engineering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Oil & Gas, LNG, Chemicals and Mining industries and related drivers.
