Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate and optimize production workflows in Muscat. The role involves planning operations, managing timelines, and ensuring resource efficiency for multiple products.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cable manufacturing industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in related industries.
• Experience in cable manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine equipment and raw materials required to cover production demand.
• Assist in preparation and revision of MCP and coordinate with respective departments.
• Monitor production lines to ensure manufacturing is on schedule and within budget.

Excellent communication skills in English

Relationship management skills

Ability to take timely actions and decisions

Proven experience as production planner

Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles

Experience in Manufacturing resource planning

Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

Good at math and statistics
