Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Account Manager in Oman to own and grow a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and service partners on our platform. You will nurture relationships, monitor performance, and drive initiatives that increase orders and GMV.

You will serve as the primary contact for partners, coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance, and plan campaigns to advance partner success. Fluent in Arabic and English, you’ll manage multiple accounts with a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success, or client relationship roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to managing partners.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and service partners on the Snoonu platform.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and serve as their primary point of contact for all platform-related matters.
• Monitor partner performance metrics (orders, GMV, ratings) and proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with partners to plan promotions, campaigns, and menu updates that drive sales.
• Resolve partner issues, escalations, and operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on targets and growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure partner success on the platform.
