Job summary

Account Executive

To promote the Company with clients and actively solicit and secure new businesses and proposals.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong relationship with the client.
• Co-ordinates with brokers to insure the needs of the clients are met.
• Agrees payment terms with clients and ensure that these are complied with.
• Agrees clients service requirements.
• Maximizes cross selling opportunities where possible.
• Prepares prospect list of potential new clients if required.
• Identifies and develops prospective client.
• Maintain records of prospective client development.
• Ensures the creation and distribution of the new business proposal.
• Promotes the Company’s business offer, new business and proposals.
• Services the Account to client requirements.
• Demonstrates understanding of the client’s business.
• Collates and maintains information relating to new business and proposal.
• Demonstrates regulatory awareness.
• Adheres to the contents of the Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) and the Company’s overall internal procedures and policies.
• Nil E&Os.
• Performs such other duties as may be required from time to time.
